Aditya was a producer at Vogue when he met Lisa for a show and they hit it off instantly. Amid the fun and banter of the arc-lights, the senior Ms. Haydon casually mentioned that he would be a good fit for her sister Julia! Little did she know she had christened herself Cupid as she bumped into him a week later with little sis in tow.

As she excitedly introduced them, abrupt hellos were exchanged and that’s that! An awkward silence ensued… So much so for her prediction that the two would get on like a house on fire. As they parted, she forced them to exchange numbers and that started the ball rolling. Aditya texted Julia to apologise for the awkward encounter and asked if he could take her out to dinner to make up for the tragedy. She said yes.

As Julia was getting ready for their first date, he called requesting her to pick him up. Amused at this ‘different’ guy, she was even more curious to meet him now. They met and he explained why he had to ask her to pick him up and they laughed about it. As they had dinner and drinks on a rooftop terrace, the evening slipped into effortlessly fun conversation and “one of the best dates” they had ever had. It felt like the beginning of something special.

A few dates later, they knew they had found a love that made them feel alive - a love that felt electric!
